The brief
A developer in Rayong wanted their show house to sell a feeling, not just floor area. The walk from the gate to the front door needed to make buyers slow down and imagine living there.
Design approach
The flow of silence: we design with the philosophy that movement can be meditative. A timber boardwalk curves between existing trees, changing to flagstone and then stepping stones as it nears the house, so every change of surface marks a change of pace.
At the end of the path, a small lounge court gives a place to stop and sit before going inside.
The result
At The Serene Path, we turn a simple stroll into a restorative experience — and give the development a signature image for its marketing.
